Tresemme Naturals
Hey there curlies,
Today I was skimming through the hair and beauty aisle in coles and I came across the Tresemme Naturals line. They had the moisturising shampoo/conditioner and the finishing spray. I believe there was a long thread about this line and read that their conditioners and CG friendly This weekend I'm going to buy a bottle of their moisturising conditioner and use it as a co-wash and rinse out.

I've heard about this line on some of the US boards tho I haven't seen it here in Australia yet....hopefully it becomes more mainstream over here since it's hard to find CG products :\ Thanks for the info Def. trying it out if it retails over here

Well I ended up buying the radiant care conditioner and I must say I love it! I used it as a rinse out and it gave me awesome slip. I got some nice curl formation but I still had some frizz. (My hair is always frizzy so no suprise there) Next visit to coles I'm going to buy the moisturizing conditioner

I also saw these the other day (was away on placement, really didn't need a huge bottle that i would have to lug home) i remember looking at them. Think the safeway i was at had to different 'lines'.
I just might have to try them, nice and student budget friendly.

Sounds good It will be good to have a mainstream, convenient CG product (not to mention that the bottles are massive!!)

I got this last week, the moisturising one. I have been strictly using products form the health food shop for a few years now so I was reluctant to go to the dark side but my hair seems to really like it, I use it to co wash and it's much easier to work through than what I was previously using (Sukin).

I recently picked this up, the moisturizing one (on special $7 at priceline!). I like the fact it doesn't smell like normal tresemme products - I dunno i'm a bit picky about smells. I've used it as a rinse out (I low poo'd after oil DT) just to see what it would be like. It's nice and light, yet moisturizing. Not too runny, but not too thick that it will make a great co-wash. cannot wait to try it out again!

I tried the moisturising one this morning. I found it better then what I have been using, but hair was still a little dry.
But then my hair might feel a little dry because I used a new gel without reading the ingredients ( still can't believe I did that since I read everything before buying! silly me) The gel of course had tons of 'cones and mineral oil. Oh well, more money wasted on crappy products Will still keep using the tresemme one thou! Perhaps I'll try leaving some in tomorrow.

I'm going to have to check these out. Does anyone know if they have any proteins in them?

I'm pretty sure they do have proteins. I'll go have a look..........Poop, I can't find my chemical maze book.
I thought I read that it does, but nothing is standing out to me as a protein in it. Is avocado oil a protein?

Can you buy these co's in small bottles anywhere? I know it's cheap but I didn't really want to buy a litre and then find I didn't like it.

I have only seen them in the big bottles. I think I have seen the regular range in smaller ones but not the cone free ones.

Pity they don't do those little sample sachets when they bring new products out. Maybe I'll just take the plunge and buy a big one, even if I don't particularly like it I'm sure it won't be unusable.

Do you have kids Starmie? It's great to use for the conditioner lice checking method. So if you don't like it you can just use it for that.

Thanks curlywurlygurly but I think I'll just buy a bottle. It can't possibly be any worse than the disgusting (and pricy) Charles Worthington stuff I bought last week and I'm managing to use that!

Well I bought some of the moisturising co - couldn't resist for $8 in Priceline, especially since they didn't have the Nature's Gate I wanted that was bogof. I have to say I really like it, it seems very moisturising, makes my hair nice and smooth/slippery and actually seems to be helping with frizz (wonders will never cease!). Nice to find something I like that's actually cheap and easy to find.
Had to bin the Charles Worthington after only 4 tries, it really was disgusting. What a waste of $15.
