Deva in australia?
I was at Westfield Southland this afternoon and as I walked past Hairhouse Warehouse I saw the Deva Fuser Kit displayed prominently at the front of the shop!! Couldn't believe my eyes. I went in and asked if they stocked other Deva products. The sales assistant said no, but they had just received the Kit this week and that other products are possibly going to follow ... I will be watching and will let you know!

Just reading on beautyheaven.com.au that there is a new sulfate-free range available: L'Oreal Paris Hair Expertise. The two lines are EverPure and EverStrong.
BUT not sure if any of the products have cones....

i heard about these when they came out... umm i have a feeling one of the lines (or at least some of the products) have cones but not all of them. Please dont hold me to this as i am not 100% and i am thinking of the US ones anyway. Might be worth a look.
I'm back using natures gate low poo and conditioner (asian pear), I need to get myself back into co-washing as my hair is feeling a bit dry for my liking (I have been skipping leave in so maybe this is why?). I'm also having luck styling with redken ringlet 07 on soaking hair followed by joiwhip mousse on scrunch dried hair. The most consistent results I've had in a while.. though I am missing my KCCC and KCKT.

Try doing a high poo wash curlywurlygurly. Redkin Ringlet does have cones in it so you might need to clarify.
I have the Everstong mask here. It has no cone but does have mineral oil in it, right down the list. I find it very similar to the Elvive range from L'Oreal. I got mine from Coles.

updating the Deva situation...
Just an update on the Deva situation....
I emailed the Deva people an enquiry RE: Australian stockists and they replied saying they are not going to bring the range to Aus anytime soon. I think the term they used was "not ready" due to different requirements for labelling, ingredients etc

I think the mop-c defining cream smells absolutely foul, so you're not on your own. Kinda glad it didn't work for me as I don't think I could've put up with the smell.

Hey Jonquil... Your hair seems to have the same tastes as mine! Hope you liked the MOP C. I used to live in Melbourne and loved the combination of AO Blue Chamomile + MOP curl cream + plopping. It's great that you don't have to use much of either of those products to get consistently good results (& there was no need for a DT).
Though, I found the curl cream a teeny bit drying by the next day, the main downside would be that my hair didn't really smell like anything with those 2 products. I'd never use AOBC as a leave in coz that would smell bad!
If you're still not having a lot of luck with the curl cream, try less.

Ha ha... I must have a weird sense of smell. I don't mind MOP but can't stand really strong, sweet smells (think most things from the body shop) or anything too organicky.
Drat. Think I might have overdone it with the garnier 24 hour gel... My scalp's not at all happy. Can't wait to try the Taft gel next!

Well done on following this up. HHWH at Westfield Cheltenham had one Deva defuser 'kit' - probably the only one in Australia! So I won't keep my hopes up ...

Hey fellow Aussies. Just wanted to say thanks to you all for this great thread! I'm just about to switch from my old nasty products to a new low-poo approach, and I've decided to try the Sukin products. I've had their hand cream for months and really like it. I'm just trying to pick which particular shampoo and conditioner to try first! I've got a thread about that in the general curl talk forum...if that's what it's called
Anyway, I'll let you all know how it goes!
My next step will be finding a silicone free heat protector, as I'm going to straighten my hair occasionally. Otherwise I'll have to use my cone filled one and keep a sulphate poo on hand for cleansing afterwards :\

Does anyone know if we can purchase these products here in Australia - LA Looks Sport (blue) gel and Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Conditioner. And, if so, are they CG friendly?
Things have been very quiet on our board of late. Hope you are all well and curly!
