Also any1 who has thick coarse frizzy hair, any product recommendations would be greatly appreciated

Do you want a list of bad INGREDIENTS or PRODUCTS containing silicones/mineral oil etc? Or even the 'good' products? xo

No-Problemo!

Non Water-Soluble Silicones (Bad Ones)
Dimethicone
Cyclomethicone
Cyclopentasiloxane
Amodimethicone
Bis-Aminopropyl Dimethicone
Trimethisililamodimethicone (I think that's how it's spelled)

Water-Soluble Silicones (GOOD Ones)
Dimethicone Copolyol
PEG-functionalised silicones (ex. PEG-12 Dimethicone)

Other Bad Ingredients
-Polyquaternium-10 (worse build up than 'cones)
-Mineral Oil/Paraffin Liquidum
-Parabens (preservative that messes with hormones & chemicals)
-1,2 Dioxane (again, messes with hormones)
-Sulfates (and sulfonates too)
-Petroleum/Petrolatum
-Propylene Glycol (Used as a humectant but absorbs quickly into the skin and sometimes the blood stream)

Also, if you're protein sensitive, avoid ingredients like Hydrolysed Wheat Protein or other proteins. And sometimes, people can be sensitive to Glycerin, Colours or Fragrances.Just make sure you avoid what's not good for you, what's just plain nasty and also what you're sensitive to.

Nah that's fine, we're here to help each other
Sukin Organics is sold at Goodlife, Superchem, Medichem, Natural Choice, Chemmart, Friendlies, Stay Healthy, Healthy Life and Amcal stores as far as I know. And EVOO is Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Really good for hair!

Good luck with your new routine! I think you will be very pleased with how your hair responds.

One thing my hair loves is shea butter on the ends. I melt a little dab into my hands, hang my hair over and scrunch it into the tips. I get an extra ringlet from it.

I'm into Jessicurl right now.
