I'd say 2C/3A. It's hard to tell, really, as they're much more uniform than someone with that pattern naturally would normally have.
But they look curlier than your normal 2C.

I'd say 2c as well. When I see her hair, "curly" doesn't come to mind at all.

I question if it's natural. It's beautiful, it's what I would want my hair to look like, I LOVE big hair! But the waves are too perfect and uniform to be natural, I think.
What do you guys think?

nope, no way it's natural. lol, i've NEVER seen that kind of uniformity in curls that are looser than a 3B. And even with the 3B/C it's rare to see that much uniformity.

I read an article that said it took the stylist a long time each day to get Meg's hair like that. I can't find the article again. It was linked from a blog I came across.

Theoretically I'd call it a 2C/3A too, since it looks like there's a lot of volume, implying thick or maybe coarse hair. They're not what I would call genuine ringlets, which to me is one of the things that defines 3s, with those waves and long very loose spirals. And as everyone else has pointed out, that's definitely not natural. Meg Ryan is naturally about a 2A, I think. She often bumps it up to 2B with products and styling, and gets that messy beach-wavy hair she usually wears it as.

It looks like 2C/3A to me, except definitely not naturally so. I do like that she wears her hair what appears to be naturally wavy (like 2A-2B) - it's often super-cute and it's nice to see waves that actually look like NATURAL ones as opposed to oddly manufactured curling-iron ones.

To me her hair looks sort of carefree in a fake kind of way, lol. It's definitely not real! I'd say it's about 2c because there's 'S' waves but no spirals or curls. Her hair is very pretty btw, but it looks really teased and sprayed.
