Default I always DT a week before coloring. How about after coloring?

I always do a deep treatment about a week before coloring but I never know when to do my next one. Is it good to do it shortly after coloring to seal the color in and restore hair from the coloring process? Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

I do a DT a couple days before I color & then a DT immediately after I rinse out my color. The only reason I use my DT immediately after is because I don't like the condish that comes in the box because it contains cones. After that, I wait 2-3 weeks before I do another DT simply because I feel that it pulls out alot of the color.
Hope this helps!

What DTs do you both recommend?

I never thought about DTs pulling out color, good point!

Ninja- I started a thread a few weeks ago asking for different DT and protein treatment recommendations that I think you will find helpful, too:

Best protein treatments & deep conditioning treatments?
