I want to grow out my high lights and colour over them as close to my natural light brownish colour as possible. Can I do this without damaging my hair further? I've used semi-permanent before but it washes out so quickly.

I'm poor so going to the salon is not really possible but if I had to I would do it.

Does anyone know of any brand of colour that would suit what I want to do?

Id recommend using demi-permanent hair color. Although its not as safe to use as semi-permanent, it is much better than using permanent since it does not contain any ammonia.

The only catch is that you cant go lighter, only darker with demi-permanent hair color. I recommend wella demi permanent hair color!!
