Thanks CurliLocks! Fixed my color with ColorFix and Robert Craig

I have been struggling with brassy hair since I unwittingly delved into the permanent hair color realm. After much help from @CurliLocks, I did the ColorFix and then dyed with Light Ash Blonde. My hair feels great! Thanks so much CurliLocks for your help! Pics show before (too red for me), during (after ColorFix before new dye - I'd call it "honey") and after.

I may go a bit darker in the fall with the Light Chestnut, but for now this is great for me. I am praying it holds.

I love the new color. I'm glad you didn't have to mix to get such a nice color.

If your hair was very porous, you may find that it fades more quickly than it normally would. But you can just keep recoloring as needed, no damage! Just be sure not to leave it on too long so it doesn't darken. You should strand test again each time.

Ok, will do on the strand test. This time I left it in 30 minutes (after doing 3 test strands to get it right). I am not near as afraid of this stuff since it doesn't "lift" my color like the other products did. It also helps that I know what is under the color. I thought I might freak out seeing what was there, but it wasn't too bad. Phew! Even the hubs didn't freak out at the inbetween stage.

On another note, I wish we could just order the teeny bottle of the color for reorders. Seems a waste to have a whole new "kit" each time.

Good! Yes, it's not as scary after you do it once and see how easy it is, etc.

I know, I've even asked them about just sending the color (same price, but they could save bottles, boxes, etc for other orders) and they said they can't. Rules and regulations, I guess.

I use the same bottle for many colorings and give the new ones to schools, friends, etc for crafts and stuff.
