Blonde highlights in chlorine

Hello,
I recently got blonde highlights about a week ago, and in about a week I'm going to be going to a water park.
I've heard that blonde highlights turn green when touched by chlorine.
Does anyone know hoe to prevent this???
Im really worried about it...
