Default From black to intensive red? Someone help with the step by step process?

So I'm 13, natural. And do my hair all by myself. I was looking at this Creme of Nature Nourishing Permanent Hair Color in Intensive Red. My hair a darkk brown almost black, would I have to bleach my hair first? And how would I care for color treated hair? Has anyone used this color? If so how was it? How did you make it last? And how did you maintain your hair to keep it healthy?
I'm not sure if I want to do my whole head or just sections yet, I think just sections..

Yes you would have to bleach your hair unless you wanted just a tint of red, for color treated hair you use a lot of moisturizing products and if you can do protein treatments to repair the damaged hair and use color safe products. For red hair you might want to avoid products with glycerin, because they could increase fading. Red is a color known for fading fast, so it is pretty high maintenance. Now I'm not a professional but I have had my hair dyed red before, several times. So do plenty of research because I'm not a professional, I'm just a girl who's hair has been almost every color of the rainbow trying to help.

You don't necessarily have to bleach your hair first. Some dye come "Pre-mixed". You just apply and the red is deposited. The red is going to fad and you will be left with a weird red orange-y color. You can apply a semi red color to touch up the faded color. You must keep your hair moisturized and avoid heat and chemicals...I've used clariol professionals; their red line.
