I dyed my hair soft black to match my roots and eyebrows but I look like a ghost. I think I want highlights. Any suggestions? It's been one week and I can't get used to it.

Have you thought of using bronzer or maybe self tanner?

Waiting a bit before trying to lighten artificial black pigment out of your hair may be a good idea.. wash your hair a lot before you attempt highlighting.. You want that black pigment to fade as much as possible before attempting highlights.

Bleaching hair that is coloured black will damage your hair a lot, sorry to say.
