Smile Dyed my hair blonde, and it ruined my curls :(

In September I went to the salon to get my hair ombre'd. It's cute and looks really nice when I straighten it, but the blonde part of my hair is almost completely straight! So my hair goes from curly (I have 3a) to straight Is there anything that I can do to restore it or at least revive a little bit of the curl? I miss my hair and I regret it so much!

I did the same, except i did it myself. I just did protein treatments and deep conditioning treatments and my curl slowly came back at the ends. Now it's all curly again. Although, if you don't really have a strong curl pattern, it may not come back.

Can you recommend any PTs? Good to know that I still have hope, thank you!

Bleached-damaged 3a hair. Fine, porous&dry, medium to high density. Goal: growing the painted hair out (I only do some highlights in the out grow every 3-4 months), and have long healthy hair till at least BSL when curly.

loves: CJ products, jessicurl rocking ringlets, proteïn, co-washing, leave-in conditioner, diffusing, air-drying, pineapple method.
hates: glycerin in low dews, bleaching too much

Experimenting with MSM&biotin on the moment

DepressedCurls is right. Your best bet is probably PTs followed by conditioning DTs and lots of tender care. And sorry if I'm stating the obvious, but you might want to consider growing the light parts out instead of continuing with touch ups.

When I unwittingly wrecked my hair the same way recently (with a shot of uber peroxide), I used Joico's K-pak (protein reconstructor) once a week for a month. Good luck.

I don't really buy any. I love doing mayo egg and coconut oil. It works well for me.
