Pink hair mascara??

I used to put pink streaks in my hair, around 5 years ago. I can't remember what brand it was, but I could find it at CVS and it would last for months. I decided I wanted to start doing this again, but I can only find mascara that washes out; and not at CVS. I don't want to spend $24 on something that washes out after 1 washing. Any recommendations?
