sew and sew

I've been using Surya Henna cream about once every month and a half for around 5 months. I absolutely love having my hair a couple shades darker than what it is naturally, but my hair is rebelling now. Protein OD maybe. It's getting pitifully dry, and I'm not sure what to do (beyond stop using it) to rescue it.
