I bleached my hair and it's very brittle! Help!

So around april i decided to get highlights in my hair (mind you ive dyed my hair multiple times before)...i got it done and it looked really nice straightened but when i wore my hair curly i noticed that my hair wasnt as curly as it normally is and when i would diffuse my hair, it would become extremely dry...I stopped shampooing my hair and using heat on my hair...I condition my hair every day..I put a whole bunch of moisturizers in my hair but my hair is still brittle...I dont know what to do anymore..should i just cut off all of the damage and start over? im scared..

my hair is supposed to be curly not like this!!!!!!
Welcome! You highlighted over the top of hair that had previously been dyed or virgin hair? Did the strand tests come out ok?

If the curl has not bounced back from April you probably do need to cut the worst of the damage out, if you want to know exactly how much you might have a hair analysis

You could also use products containing proven ingredients to help strengthen your hair - coconut oil, hydrolysed proteins, ceramides, 18-MEA, panthenol. Presumably you are not using silicones if you are no longer shampooing?
