Default From Natural Blonde to Dark Brunette.

Hello, my name is Kimberly. It's nice to 'meet' you. ;p I need help, if you would be so kind. I'm a natural blondie, but I want to go dark.

Think I have the right skin tone to pull this off?

[CODE][CODE]

I have dark blue-grey eyes, and hair that's some freaking weird cross between ash + dishwater blonde. It's dull, mousy, and I've always admired a darkly gorgeous, raven-haired tress.

I want to go from that,

to ^this.

Think I can pull it off?

[Any help or advice will be appreciated.]

Hello nice to meet you too
I would suggest a slow transition just because it's harder to change dark hair to light than the other way around. (Unless you bleach your hair which you don't want). Maybe start with a medium brown and see how you like it.

Something like this
Attachment 37795

If you still wanna go dark wait a few months so you don't damage your hair too much and go a shade darker.

It's hard to tell how you would look because it all depends on the person's preference i.e. it may look good to others but not to you. Hope this helps unfortunately I don't have professional experience but I've dyed my hair a lot of times and different colors lol

I would say yes, but you are going to want to dye your eyebrows and lashes to match since yours are relatively light to start with.

Just keep in mind the upkeep! It might look good on you, but do you want to be maintaining it for forever? if you ever decide to go back to blonde, you'll have to grow out all the dye or bleach it back. Either way, the options are grim.

Sure! I'm as pale as you, if not paler, and I have naturally dark brown hair. I always get complimented on my coloring, as it's kind of rare to be pale + dark-haired. However, I suggest that you stay away from very cool browns. I think warm browns may suit you better.

Best of luck!

P.S-- And remember to dye your eyebrows, and maybe fill them in. It makes it easier to pull of your dark hair!

I think you would look good like that, my only question is this:

What are you going to do about your light eyebrows? They need to be dark too or you won't look right (I've seen that horror before, trust me)
