Default Grey ends, beautiful blond middle, and orangy at the top!

I recently tried to put in highlights on the ends of my hair. i have a dark brown or med brown hair.... *forgot I had the bleaching in and accidentally left it for an hour an half. ( i have 3 yr old twins lol) so days later decided to just go blond. so * i bleached ALL of my hair. it was orange at the top and yellow an orange in the middle some in the middle an very white maybe yellow on the ends. I counteracted it with a blue -violet based light ash blond. It looks ok, but the ends are a gray tint and the tops still has some orangery yellow tints to it. Can a use another blue-violet toner for just the top of the head to even it out? will the grey ends wash out? should i just redye the top of the head again with the toner/ light as blonde dye? can i even usea toner after dying the hair light ash blonde for the left over yellow orange on top? |PLEASE HELP! and thank you so much in advance!! if u need pics i can post them. i will checking this topic often!

Welcome!

Honestly I'd see a professional stylist for a colour correction, you've already had three failed attempts at getting the look you want and it sounds like the ends are way more porous and damaged than the roots.

In future run strand tests on shed plughole hair then hidden head hair don't use your entire head as a laboratory.

CO-wash: Inecto coconut
Treatments: Komaza Matani, coconut oil, Hairveda Sitrinillah
Leave in: Fructis Sleek & Shine (old), Gliss ultimate volume, Inecto argan
Styler: Umberto Giannini jelly, Boots Essentials gel
Experimenting with: going back to basics
