I'll start describing Fro Land here, so you can get an understanding of what it is like. When you get the chance, add your own descriptions : )

1. A land where everyone has curly hair. Some people let it down, some people keep it up and some people let it grow down low.
   
2. A place where people can express themselves freely when growing out their hair.
   
3. A place where moisturizer is always available.
   
4. The government officials all have curly hair.
   
5. The corporations in Fro Land understand that people should be judged on performance, not on the style of their hair.
