I think a lot of us would love to patronize CM, but are frightened off by the shipping. (Especially since that «other website» has identical prices but more discounts + everyday great shipping rates.)

I wish there was a wish list feature. If I read about something on Curl Talk, and I think I might want to buy it next time I purchase a bunch of stuff from Curl Mart, I have two choices.

1. List it in my wish list at another site
2. Add to my shopping cart here, but don't buy it. Then if I decide to buy some of the things I wanted from my wish list, but not all of them, I have to remove them from my shopping cart. Then I have to remember to add them back in, after I'm done placing that order. (Remembering to add them back in doesn't happen very often.)

We have a "Postpone" feature that allows you to keep items stored in your cart without having to buy them. Once you have the item in your cart, click the check box next to the Quantity field and hit apply changes. This will put it in the postpone list, and then when you're ready to order, just unclick the checkbox and hit apply changes again. That'll put it back into the cart for you.

3B/3C Recovering from heat damaged :/... almost like transitioning because most of my hair is straight it won't curl, thsi is due to sooo many years of using heat without stoping.

Braid out and twist out are my staple styles right now! Not using heat since December 2011. Still experimenting with products!

I would like to see less for free shipping like $25 orders instead of $60. I HATE paying for shipping but $60 is a lot to spend on hair products.

Would like to see Coco Curls, Pura Body Naturals (omg), Donna Marie, and Anita Grant and rewards points. Also I agree with shipping, especially since I'm such a product junkie and abode in the same state. It's often more prudent for me to shop out of state so that I'm not hit with a huge shipping bill and taxes to boot (not sure if anyone has considered that for residents).

Two other companies that I patronize as well either offer flat rate shipping or $1 shipping so maybe research can be done to implement this for Curlmart.

Other than that, it is a pleasure shopping with you all as you do offer the largest variety (that I've seen) of natural/curly hair products, so that counts for a lot as well. The convenience of being able to purchase almost all of the items that I really need in one place from a reputable company adds a little buffer to the shipping charge. Thanks for allowing the input/feedback.

Samples that are different from the products I ordered! One of the samples I got was of one of the products I bought. It's not a huge deal, in that I can take it with me if I travel or want to bring it to the gym, but it would have been nice to sample something new.
