Unauthorized Order

Hi,

I just checked my account and I didn't authorize one of the orders. I didn't go through with that order and somehow that order was processed. The total amount is $306.90.

I emailed the customer service 5 days ago and didn't receive any reply until now. Can someone please PM me here asap? I would appreciate it.
I will let CurlMart know.

I, too, ordered AG HAIR COSMETICS: recoil and didn't get it. The sum was taken out of my account. This is the second time my order was messed up--but I've been a customer for many years. I'd like to tell ur shipping dept that they do a great job. But, I wd like someone to email me soon.
Taseals, I will share your note with CurlMart. I'm sure they will get things sorted out right away.
