I'm starting my own thread so I can more easily track what I am doing. I like to see how often I am actually working out, if I am going to go to the trouble of writing it down.

11/27/10 - Super Callanetics
11/29/10 - AM/PM Callanetics (both morning)
11/30/10 - I Want That Body - Arms Program 2
12/1/10 - AM/PM Callanetics (both morning)
12/2/10 - I Want That Body - Buns Program 2

I'm hoping this motivates me to do my Callanetics this afternoon. I am a morning person so if I don't do it in the morning it is hard to get my behind in gear after work.

I did not get my behind in gear last Friday. Oh well.

03/28/2011 - Squeeze Stronger Upper body excluding shoulders/chest, I figure pushups take care of those - (Jack Lalanne Face A Tonics) - DAY 4 of More Healthy Eating EXCEPT had to take Don out for lunch, that involved VN food. Lots of veggies and chicken but it was white rice v. brown and in a sauce that I have to assume was highly caloric.

Was able to do Callanetics. Vulcans defeated and getting it on with Scottie! Ship.running.well.

Certainly not amazing, but I will say for 58 I look pretty darn good and am in pretty good shape. Thanks for the encouragement.
