#1: How do you keep from eating sugar at night after dinner?
I've been Paleo/Primal now for a little over two months....it's basically low carb with no grains and very very little sugar. Meat and veggies with a piece of fruit here and there but generally not rec'd while trying to lose weight. At night, though, I want to just eat tons of chocolate and ice cream. It's crazy because I do fine the rest of the day....I have the willpower to not touch anything all day and then right after dinner the cravings hit. They seem so strong too like PMS cravings although I'm not due for that for awhile. I don't know what gives. Any suggestions? Artifical sweeteners aren't really an option either btw. Thanks!
