Has anyone tried the Supreme 90 day system? Similar to P90X but $19.99
Been researching this program and it gets great reviews on Amazon, facebook and various fitness sites/boards. It's a 10 disc set and it's supposed to be the poor mans P90X. Workouts are shorter, which appeals to me due to time restrictions and the results are great from what I've seen. I just bought mine at Target and it was on clearance for $13 something, score!! All you need is a couple of pairs of dumbbells (heavy and lighter) and a stability ball. Gonna start Monday, so excited! I will however have to incorporate my kettlebells in somehow, maybe by substituting a workout w/my kb dvd.

Will do. Starting Monday and will take measurements, maybe pictures, before I start to track my progress over the 90 days (dont weight myself). I looked through the exercise schedule and meal plan last night and it seems very do-able

I love it so far! I'm on day 3 now. Monday was chest/back, yesterday was Ultimate Ball and today is Tabata Inferno, the bad a$$ cardio! I really like doing something different each day. Don't see myself getting bored with this at all, and it doesn't take an hour to do which is a big plus! Warm up and cool down are great, instruction is good, exercises are fun. Yesterday's w/o on the ball was actually fun-very, very hard but fun. I'm also on day 3 of the eating plan, which is all about clean eating. It's pretty easy for me bc I was eating semi-clean anyway and it's very easy to follow. I will still have my weekend cheat days tho

Yes, I'm doing legs tonight! I was interested in P90X (saw it here first) but didn't want to pay that price, yikes! I got a Lakeside Collection catalog and the Supreme 90 was in it for $15 so I checked Amazon. They had it for $15 at the time as well. It went up to $38 two days after I got it but Amazon's 'bot changes prices at will. (Yup, it's at $23 now)
Anyway, I've been playing with it but being lazy and finally just did a 30 day calendar for myself with just legs, shoulders/arms, chest/back, back/bi's, core, chest/shoulders/tri's with rest periods every 4th day. I've never been into aerobic type workouts and I think those (i.e. Tabata) were turning me off of it so I decided to just do primarily weights to start and get me into it. After my first 30 I'll go into the 90 day calendar.
I was pretty bored at work one day and did a "transcript" of all the DVDs with just the main workout, not warmup & cooldown, just so I could have it in hand if I should decide to move my butt after my shift was over.
One of the ladies, Cindy maybe?, is my freakin hero. I want to be her when I grow up.  One of the other ladies, don't remember her name but she's got longer blond hair, drives me nuts hiking her drawers down all the time. Reminds me of when DsD was taking swim lessons and the instructors (high school girls mostly) were doing that.

Sorry guys, I havent been on here in a little while! I've been so stoked with my results from S90 I've been doing lots and lots of research on clean eating, which led me to the primal lifestyle, which I've started this week 
But back to S90, it is absolutely the best w/o system I've ever tried and I can't recommend it highly enough! I've seen more results with this in 20 days than I have in doing Jillian Michaels DVD's for 1.5 years! But, I do recommend following at least that nutrition plan or your own version of clean eating, or even primal! I'm on day 25 now and I lost 10.5" in 20 days! Also, between day 10 and 20, my BMI went down .6, body fat % went down .7% and my body age (like they do on the biggest loser) went down 2 yrs! I also lost 2.6 lbs and 1.96 lbs of ACTUAL FAT! In 10 days! That was exercising 6 days a wk with 1 rest day, eating clean during the week and still having pizza night on friday, and eating out on saturday, and some red wine too. Now I have progressed from eating clean, which included 100% whole grains to eliminating grains and sugar from my diet (except for the weekends!). Just something to think about-2 slices of 100% whole wheat bread has a higher glycemic impact than a Snickers bar! That's crazy!
Anyway, sorry I'm rambling on...I'm just really astounded at how far I've come in 3 wks! Gonna take my measurements & check body composition again saturday, so I'll let y'all know my results.

Wow this seems great! Could you tell me what the diet plan is like? Is it low-calorie? Do you have to follow to an exact meal plan or can you eat whatever you want as long as it's under a certain amount of calories? And are the workouts very hard, and how long are they?

I've been pretty bad for weeks. I think I did 2 weeks and then was tired when coming home for work for a few days so I just got lazy.
I changed that as of yesterday. I'm not going to have this much weight while building a house (starting expansion next April/May). It's not gonna happen. I need to get my azz in gear.

Sorry abby, I haven't been on here in a while 
The eating plan focuses on eating clean, whole grains, real food, cutting out processed junk. You don't have to follow the plan at all, or you can do your own thing, but from what I've read, results are better if you follow some sort of eating plan vs pizza & hamburgers. There's not a limit on the calories-it comes with a 30 day meal plan with 3 meals/2-3 snacks/day. It's actually very easy to follow, or it was for me.
I won't lie, the workouts are hard, but they are as hard as you make them. One thing I like about this system is you move at your own pace and do what you can do. If you can only do 5 reps, that's what you do, and maybe you'll do 6 the next time. The trainer says many times you dont have to go at the pace the demonstrators are going, just do what you can do. It is definately a workout-I sweat like a pig! But it gets results. I'm on day 70 today, only 20 days to go, and I've lost 18"  Pretty good if you ask me! And I'm so much stronger than I was when I started. I actually did 15 REAL PUSHUPS last night! When I started, I could probably muster 1 before collapsing. And I'm getting little muscle bulges at my hips, which are obliques! I've never seen my obliques in my whole life!!  Try it!
