#1: Sweaty Hair?
Hey ya'll with my new work out routine I have begun to wonder about the effects of sweat/salt from sweat on hair. I read that it isn't good to wash your hair or even wet your hair multiple times in a day (that this causes stress on the cuticle and weathers the strands). So i wet my hair in the morning and co-wash but after my runs in the afternoon, I shower with a shower cap on my head. Is this bad for my hair?
