Ok youve been so helpful! Ive bought the atkins shakes a few times before but never stuck with it. Hearing it worked well for you im gonna pick up some more,any suggestions on what flavors to get or not get? If you have any other tips and tricks please share!
I'm counting calories but I'm overshooting my level as I started drinking milk.. I don't like the taste of milk so I add complan as I need all nutrition and this leads to more calories.. I don't get low fat milk but still I would need fat for my body to work properly so I added it and I use honey instead of sugar and I love it..
Anyone heard abt hibernation diet? I'm planning to try it.. It sure does give me good sleep
