I'm trying to lose weight.. I don't have a weighing machine now so I can't post how much I weigh.. Which was 78 kg the last time I weighed abt 3 months back but I don't expect much of a change there..so I'm going to lose weight with exercise and diet restriction as I can't choose the food I eat as I'm in hostel n have to eat the food they provide except for junk food and fruits.. So guess I should start on my fruits and also I walk to class with takes 20 mins one way and plan to walk early in the morning if I wake up cos I'm not a morning person..and walk for an hr at night so I guess that's my plan for now..
I'm giving up milk as I'm not a big fan of it.. So no coffee n stuff but planning to switch to green tea.. But I don't know if I can :P
