Great question! I haven't been on NC for a while now and was going to pop on this morning to ask this exact thing!

I workout at lunchtime during the week and it's a pretty intense workout so my hair always ends up looking like a frizzy mess. I usually have to resort to putting it in a bun for the rest of the day, which is annoying because I spend so much time on it in the morning!

I think I am going to try a braid today and then a wide cloth headband or a head scarf. I may look a little odd, but if it helps protect the 'do, it's worth it!
