Default My First Green Smoothie!

Hello Curlies! I made my first green smoothie and it was great! I was so surprised! I blended spinach, a pineapple slice, a banana and a Activa yogurt. Go Green!

Sounds yummy!

My Son and DIL, when here for Christmas said they put kale into theirs and said the other things hid the taste yet they got the benefit. I should try that or your spinach.

I just got one of the Ninja kitchen systems. I was a smoothie maker before and hope to make even more now.

Can you make a few days' worth and keep it in the fridge? I've been wondering that...it would make it easier during the week when my time is limited getting ready for work. I've thought about trying them before, but never have.

I bet if you freeze it and the take out some the night before you want to drink it, that might work. I've never tried it but it's worth a shot. Let me know if this works.

Is this a meal replacement? It sounds like it would work for a breakfast after I work out.
