Bubble Booty Growth!!!!!

Has any one find something that can give you a couple more inches of growth for the boottayy because even though I'm not completely flat in the trunk I would like a little bit more meat in there lol ...

I know they say that there is no magic pill but I want to know have anyone eaten or taken something to make them gain some a$$.....

Um, I haven't heard of anything you can eat to attain a bubble booty, but you can do squats/lunges to shape it up a bit.





I've heard running but I've also heard running does the opposite.
They say working out will shrink your butt...that's why i was hoping someone knew something that i can easy...I'm scared to risk it I already don't have a lot....lol

The best way to grow a butt it to get it through excercises such as strength training with or without weights. Find moves that target those muscles. You can also look up videos on youtube of how they gain butt mass from their exercises.
To gain muscle mass, do fewer reps but with more weight/resistance. For booty building exercises, that would mean either adding hand weights to increase resistance, resistance bands, or increasing the the degree of plane i.e. instead doing lunges on the flat floor, do them with a step.
Tightening and toning slimmer muscles means more reps with lower weight/resistance.

I wish I had a bubble booty Well maybe not a bubble booty, but perhaps a muscle booty. My butt just needs help lol

Eating soul food isn't a sure way to a bigger butt. You can't tell your weight to go to that area. Doing stretches and exercises that target your butt muscles are what can grow your butt. And shedding a few excess pounds from the midsection and thighs can actually help accentuate a booty.

When I was there I literally ONLY ate traditional food. Your body can change without you trying when you have a lifestyle change, and the only change I had there was the food. Plenty of pepper soup, beans, jolof rice, pounded yam etc...
I noticed my belly going down and butt going out.
I always mean to go on a "Nigerian diet" but my boyfriend can't cook it, and I sure as hell ain't doing the cooking EVERY day when he has perfectly good hands!

Lol glad you like the Nigeria food. Yea because the food is organic and in it's purest form, your body actually received the nutrition you need without pesticides and hormone!!! That's how I stay in shape girl, when I get back home from campus like after eating greasy American campus food, I get home and hit my Nigerian food hard and I drop all the pounds I gained while on campus and that's here in the USA and my butt comes back out lol. So true to that statement
