Has anybody bought this system? I was thinking of trying it just for toning purposes...and maybe the diet. I am also hoping maybe hubby will try it since the workouts are 30 minutes only.

Thoughts?

I like her 30 day shred videos...since I can't get to a gym (too far away)...I like the idea of toning and cardio...
I bought the system. Today is only Day 3 for me, but so far, I'm enjoying it. I get a good sweat going, and I love that the workout is over in roughly 30 minutes. We'll see how I feel about it in a couple weeks.
Are you doing the meal plan? I'm curious if it's an easy meal plan...or something hard to follow?
I'm not doing the meal plan, but it seems pretty easy to follow if you're not a picky eater like me.

Just checking in on how it's going? Do you still like it? Have you seen good results?
Not sure if you are still following this, but I got Body Revolution last week and so far, I like it. I did the Kickstart, which was rough because it really is low calorie. I cheated on Friday (last day of summer school plus my stomach was feeling yucky) and I still lost 5 lbs. I think I am going to generally follow the diet but my budget is pretty limited... I'm thinking it is the fact that it is low in calories more than anything that encourages weight loss. I was shredding before so I think I am in ok shape but I really need to add more cardio and eat less. I have high hopes after this week- my arms look better and my pants feel a tiny bit looser especially around the hips. I have 2 weeks of vacation before school starts so I am going to try to double up on the workouts most days.

I'm still following the program. I haven't missed a workout yet. Next week will be my last week, and I can't wait to be done. My clothes are fitting better, and I can do a lot of exercises that I never thought I would be able to do. I can't tell a difference at all in my weight, but people keep telling me that I look like I've lost weight.
I am still following. I was looking for some major toning..wouldn't mind losing about 5 pounds but if toning gives me that...I'm fine...which sounds like what you had Candi...

cosmic...let me know how it progresses...I haven't bought it yet...but sounds like I'm moving in that direction based on both of your reviews.
I definitely saw some toning and strength gains. I was pleased with both.
