It's raining today so I guess I'll hang out with Jillian. Haha.

I've been doing Pop Pilates YouTube videos. I did the "Corset Waist Trimming Workout" yesterday and my obliques are killing me today. Ughh, at least I know it's working.
Jillian today. Walk around the neighborhood yesterday.

Diet is going okay as well.
Thought you all would appreciate this.

I'm still trekking along with my treadmill every day AND I got a kick ASS new bicycle and hoping to go to for evening rides a few times a week.

I definitely need to work on how we're eating because I'm still at the same weight.

I haven't done Jillian in a while, but I know I'll get back to her.

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.
I want a bike so bad, spring! I keep telling boyfriend how I want us to get bikes and go for rides together. Great for the abs!

I've been trying to walk 3 miles a day. My complex is big and hilly. The rain can deter me though.

I've also been incorporating 50 cruches, 30 pushups, and 50 leg scissors daily.

I too am not losing any weight. But I'll keep at it BC its a good habit to get into.

I don't know if I've lost any weight or not. I've been avoiding the scale for a while now.

I think I may start a weekly ritual of trying on a old pair of "skinny pants" that I used to wear when I was really happy with my figure.
This thread hasn't been bumped in so long I couldn't find it!

Well apparently walking does it for me. I did the Shred in June. Nothing. Did running in July and part of August. Nothing. I've been walking since September started and I finally see results!

If its nice out I walk outside. I walk about 3.5 miles. If the weather is not on my side, I take to the treadmill. I usually walk a little faster/farther. I do about 4 miles.

Today I realized I could get Netflix on my phone and watch movies while I walk!

I am definitely starting to see results. I don't feel big and bloated, my stomach is slimming down, and I am below 140lbs! I haven't been that in months!

Finally getting results is a total motivation push. I'm psyched. Here's hoping I keep it up.

I've been doing pilates. I can tell a difference in my belly already!

I had a huge appetite today so the diet basically went out the window. I didn't eat any "junk" but I snacked like crazy.

Whatever. Tomorrow is a new day.
I haven't worked out at all this week!

Oh, the shame!
I'm still trucking along on the treadmill every day, nothing to report about really, which is why I've been quiet.

We've got different family members coming to visit over the course of the next two and a half weeks starting next Friday so I know I won't be working out. Especially since during one of those weeks someone will be sleeping in my workout room. Here's hoping I don't gain another 10 lbs.

Just checking in. Hope you all are still at it and seeing progress.

I'm still doing well. Slowly but surely the weight is dropping. I'm down 9 pounds so far. I'd be happy to lose just 5 more pounds but I'm going to make a serious push for 10 more.

Let's keep it moving, ladies!

Im still at it. I'm walking for an hour, 3 miles, 3 times a day.

I unfortunately don't have as much time now that I'm in school. And my treadmill is broken. I'm hoping I get it fixed before it gets really cold out!

Anyway, I've lost 5lbs. Not a lot, but I feel a lot better about myself because of it.

I need to get back to this. Hopefully after the new year I'll find some sort of weekly routine that allows me time to work out at least a few days a week.
