I love planks! We do them in my yoga class - we also "walk the plank": from standard straight arm plank, lift one hand, put it down; lift the other hand, put it down; lift one leg, put it down; lift the other leg, put it down. And repeat the cycle as many times as possible with control and slow, complete and steady breaths.

I hate walk and planks I hate things that involve touching the floor when I can't reach the floor because of my back.



did I tell you CL we had a competition and this girl won doing a plank for 4 minutes, she wasn't even sweating! she just quit because she was the last one, (the second to last was 3 minutes). She said she never did planks or never has until that day, she skydives....interesting how that works out.
4 minutes? Da f*q? Ain't no one got time for that.

I thought I was doing quite well with 43 seconds.
