Plank and Green October.
Anybody want to do this with me?
If anything I might just do the planks I'm too lazy to be making smoothies all the time LOL.
eta if you can't read the picture
starting october 1st. Do a plank everyday 1 minute if you can, or start 30 seconds whatever you can do. Then add 5 seconds on everyday until the 31st.
Each week make a green smoothie everyday:
week 1: spinach - handful
2: kale - 2 leaves of kale
3: swiss chard- 2 leaves
4: 2 leaves of collard greens
No sweetners, etc etc.
