Body insecurities? Things exercise or something may be able to change?

I feel so insecure with my body. I'm what they call "banana shape" apparently. I'm bo legged and feel i have smaller hips and bottom so my bottom half is kind of off in proportion to the rest of me because i have fairly big boobs and broad shoulders. I was wondering if there was any way i could make my thighs and bottom larger to make myself look more proportionate? This is the only reason btw, i tried to talk to my friend about this and she thought i wanted to "fit in" with a big butt. That's ridiculous. And not the case. I just want to be more proportionate, and to make myself feel better. I love myself, regardless. But this is just something I'd like to improve and if i can't, I'll be fine. That's another reason i used to straighten my hair. I felt it helped. Because with my big curly hair, it just makes this issue even more apparent that my top is larger and wider than my bottom half. Idk, i just want advice or tips if anyone has any. Thank you.

I'm glad to hear you say you love yourself regardless. It's important we feel good about ourselves and its ok to accentuate what we like and draw away from what we don't - but don't stress yourself out over it - life is too short!!!

2b wavy, medium texture, low porosity, med-high density. Protein finicky.
My routine:
Cleansing: DCNP, every 4-5 days (occasionally use CJ cleansers).
RO: CJSC, occasionally use JCDC
LI: KCKT or CJSL
Gel: KCCC, CJCIAB for 2nd day hair (sometimes third)

Heat is my friend: warm water rinses, steam caps, and diffuse dry. I love CLU cloths and my Denman.

Thank you so much! And yes, this is just something i can try, i won't sit around moping! Lol but I'm more anal about my hair. I need that to be perfect and i know it's a possibility with the right combination of products, that's what makes me so stuck on that! Lol so that's understood.

You can try the bodynomics website. Lots of lower body exercises on there that will bulk you in that area and thin you at the top. She teaches the repetitions needed for doing the exercises to get the results wanted. It works. I tried it.
