#1: Nutrition info
I have been working out hard, but not seeing the results that I would like. I feel like I am basically clueless on what I should be eating. I am a "skinny fat person". I am thin, weighing about 114, but I have a lot of body fat and not much muscle. I know some of this is genetics, but I also know I need to change my diet. I just really don't know what foods I should be eating to accomplish this. I'm considering seeing a nutritionist, but hate to spend the money. Can anyone point me to a website that would break this down in simple terms? I am pretty clueless when it comes to reading labels also!
