For bread, the man - who almost never eats pasta, potatoes or rice - eats this bread called P28 that he finds at Wegmans. It's a high protein, low carb bread.

I eat Ezekiel bread, which uses sprouted while grains instead of flour.

Which is to keep me from eating an entire loaf of French bread dipped in olive oil.

Currently on day two of "modified" primal. I've done primal before and I loved how my body responded. I'm doing no grains til Christmas. I say modified because I still eat small amounts of dairy (more than primal would approve of, but not a ton) and I keep chickpeas and black beans in my diet. I LOVE the shepherd's pie idea, idk why I didn't think of that...

No problem! Hey I made spaghetti squash for the first time. It was delicious but a little crunchy. Did I not bake the squash long enough? Could I boil it to soften it a bit? Or is that just how it is?

Delighted Momma: Homemade Almond Meal (Gluten Free and Low Carb)

coool.

If anyone wants my phonenumber to harrass me constantly to eat healthy, I'll give it to you.

My brother is making me do paleo for 30 days. I'm going to try.

I think I need someone to hold my hand because i always fail at these missions.

Health-Bent | Paleo Diet recipes that don't look or taste like dog food.

this place looks pretty good too. I'm going to eat all my carbs in the house and then change over to a pale/primal low carb diet. I'm hoping it helps reduce the PCOS-like side effects I seem to be getting.
