Keeping Blow Out Nice

Any tips for keeping your blow out nice during/after a sweaty workout?? I always end up with curly roots and smooth hair...not a good look.

(I have big 3b curls; my blow outs can last about 4-5 days without working out)
I honestly don't think you can, water n
Makes hair revert.
2a-2c, medium texture, porous/ colour treated. Three years CG. Past bra strap length heading for waist.

CO-wash: Inecto coconut/ Elvive Volume Collagen
Treatments: Komaza Care Matani, coconut/ sweet almond/ fractionated coconut oils, Hairveda Sitrinillah
Leave in: Fructis Sleek & Shine (old), Gliss Ultimate Volume, various Elvive
Styler: Umberto Giannini jelly, Au Naturale styling gelee
Flour sack towel, pixie diffuse or air dry.
Experimenting with: benign neglect
I usually wrap my hair before I work out and I can keep my blow outs for up to 3 weeks. Yeah the roots get a smidge wavy, but not obnoxiously so.
