I was in the gym for 2 1/2 hours today. Smh. I've never done an hour of cardio until today. I ate 3 slices of pizza yesterday so I had to run it off.

Bosu Ball exercise. I do some of these at the gym. Trust me that little ball makes all the difference in crunches, etc.

Another Bosu Ball work out video . .

I'm thinking about investing in one of these Bosu balls for at home, for when I maybe can't get to the gym.

I hate leg drops, but I do them cause the work.

I added weighted seated modified v ups up my ab routine today. Woosah, I can tell I'm going to feel it tomorrow.

So glad to see you ladies so active!!

I totally threw out my back again. It's so frustrating.. I'm supposed to be exercising to strengthen my core, but when I do I have problems. ARrrggghghh! So I'm taking a break for now and just focusing on nutrition. I hear nutrition is 80% of the equation anyway.

I'll still be your cheerleader though!

I've lost my mojo again. I am still doing gym classes and walking but no extra ab work or anything else. ugh. I get less ambitious about working out when warm weather hits. Would rather spend my time on the porch or at the beach. : )

I am insane. I have to be. I had a root canal this morning, so I was numbed up for like 3 hours. I figured after the medication wore off I would feel the pain, but while I was numb I should get in a work out.

I made it through almost my whole work out, when BOOM wave of pain hit me and I felt like an idiot. I should've just come home and laid down. The whole right side of my face feels like a truck hit it.

After the pain I experienced in the gym the other day after having my root canal, I'm taking a break. I may do some slight at home stuff, but I think I'll start back on Monday after this tooth has calmed down some.

Lots of other activities use core muscles e.g. running, swimming and you don't notice until they are very weak.

Been slacking off my workout...I think the rainy weather is depressing me (not to mention my hair). =(

I want to be able to do a pull up and real push ups. I also want to compete in something like like tough mudder without my lungs giving out.

I hate having this tooth pain, it keeps me feeling sluggish. I've only taken one day off from the gym but I miss it already.

I've never done either, maybe I should look into giving them a try.
