Hi Ladies

So I tend to have a problem with sticking to different routines and I've found that I do better when I only have to challenge myself to do things for 30 days at a time. I was thinking it would be fun to set challenges for each month. For example, maybe May could be the bun and thigh challenge and June could be for abs, July for cardio/heart health etc. Anyone interested in doing this with me?

I also do better when I have a set goal to accomplish for each of the 30 days. They have a ton of those 30 squats on day 1 and 40 squats on day 2 charts out on the internet so I figured maybe we could structure it that way?
