Ok... didn't want to hijack Portae's thread too much so I thought I'd stop by and get comfy in your journal
Here's what I did *daily* for a week:
6x10 Lunges (per leg, different styles)
2x10 Plie squats
2x10 Straight leg Deads
2X10 Single arm rows (per side)
1x10 Shoulder press
2x10 Chest press
2x8 Dumbbell curls
2x8 Tricep dips
100 Crunches (different styles)
I also added 3 cardio sessions in the 7 days - 45 mins of ellip, 5 mns of jumping rope, and one 10 min run.
At day 3, I didn't think I could continue with it, but then my body adjusted.
