Hey - that's great. I find having a journal actually motivates me to exercise more. I feel like I have to report to my journal (weird I know).

Crunch: Cardio Salsa I got this from the library and didn't really like it.
I already own about 25 video, but I have been getting to try diffrent fitness vids(Hula, Bellydance, Latin) from the library

A new workout for the New Year. This will probably be my favorite workout. It is a little easy but it is a lot of fun.

I'm back to eating too much junk, but now that I am working out with more intensity I feel like I am doing ok anyway (but haven't got on the scale for almost a week).

I used to post here regulary, but then I had to quit due to computer issues and other things. Sometimes my workouts have been pretty sporadic. I have quite a few brand new workouts that are still unopened. I have not lost a lot of weight, but I feel stronger and I am definately more flexible. I can touch my toes for the first time in my life. The new year is coming up, so I definately need to step up my game.

My goals: Tone up (Arms, Abs, thighs). Use heavier weights. Work on my flexibilty. Work on my poor eating habits. Stop looking at the stupid scale.

Todays workout:
Leisa Hart: Gym in a Box
Review: This is the first time that I used this workout. I did not care for the workout at all. The workout is way too choppy and Leisa rushes through all the exercises in the cardio section. The toning section were ok and she also did some moves that I have not seen in other videos. I would not reccommend this workout to anyone.

I did 2 workouts today.
1) Fat Burning Pilates: the standing cardio section
2) Jeanette Jenkin's Hollywood Trainer Cardio Sculpt
This a very fun total body workout in only 45 minutes. It combines toning exercises with cardio moves. The video is a high repetition/low weight kind of workout. For many of the exercises, you are told to use 3 or 5 pound weights. Jeanntte is very down to earth, but very giggly.
Jeanette trains Queen Latifah.
