I used to post here regulary, but then I had to quit due to computer issues and other things. Sometimes my workouts have been pretty sporadic. I have quite a few brand new workouts that are still unopened. I have not lost a lot of weight, but I feel stronger and I am definately more flexible. I can touch my toes for the first time in my life. The new year is coming up, so I definately need to step up my game.
My goals: Tone up (Arms, Abs, thighs). Use heavier weights. Work on my flexibilty. Work on my poor eating habits. Stop looking at the stupid scale.
Todays workout:
Leisa Hart: Gym in a Box
Review: This is the first time that I used this workout. I did not care for the workout at all. The workout is way too choppy and Leisa rushes through all the exercises in the cardio section. The toning section were ok and she also did some moves that I have not seen in other videos. I would not reccommend this workout to anyone.
