Default Exercises that help for gaining weight

Hey,

Just wondering if ya'll would have any exercise suggestions for someone looking to gain a few pounds. According to the Body Mass Index results I should gain around 11 lbs to be inside a healthy range. Right now I just jog a little bit about every day, hardly much at all though. Also I know I need to eat more so I'm working on that. Plan on lifting some weights and adding sit ups to my routine. Any suggestions on the best exercises for this or other tips would be really appreciated.

Weights, and put a lot of emphasis on squats.
