In conclusion....

Today marks my last day on the detox. I messed up - wine on the weekend, guinness last night, and birthday cake on monday. Also, I could have been much more vigilant about sugar.

I've been making a point to add lemon to my water more often, since that does help put the body in a more alkaline state.

I noticed another change, but it's TMI.

Overall, I'm pleased I gave this a good try.

Lotsawaves, thanks for bringing this to my attention!
