I love step! When I first started doing it, I felt out of place because everyone was right on beat and doing these hard-to-follow routines. The instructor told me it was a beginner/intermediate class but to me, it was more intermediate. I also love the high energy/club music.

Step aerobics is my favorite way to exercise. I exercise in my basement using tapes. However, I do not like the really dancy routines, I prefer the more straightforward stepping. I've been doing it a long time and it never fails to get me feeling really good! My only problem is my left knee is a little unstable, and sometimes stepping is not the best thing for it.
