Default Has anyone tried Winsor Pilates?

Has anyone tried Winsor Pilates? If so, what have the results been? Are the tapes worth getting you think?....should I start with the 2 DVDs or invest in the bigger package that comes w/more DVDs?..sorry for all the questions, but I am trying to get a better handle on this whole thing before I order something!!

Default pilates

i tried windsor pilates and it was hard for me to comprehend. i now take pilates at a local gym and would suggest everyone taking this class, it has toned my arms, made my posture much better and made my abs more defined.

I've taken classes at a studio and done Winsor Pilates. I don't love it. The classes were just about tolerable. But that Winsor woman was not tolerable Soooooooooooooo annoying.

My Sis-in-law has the biggest set of dvds. She loves them. There's one or two that she dosen't do, but the rest of them she really likes. However she is not looking to lose weight, just tone up. I think I'm goingt to invest in some for myself. I've heard a lot of good things about them. I've decided it's worth a try for me. I am doing other things (running/walking) to lose weight, but I also want to tone up aswell.
