Week off due to family stuff and a spazzed out back.

45 mins on the bike and 30 mins on the cross trainer.

I could have done a lot more cardio today as well.

I'm avoid weights until I know what's up with my back, I don't want to cause more damage. So cardio is it for a while.

45 mins of powerwalking and lower body weights and ab work. My hips and thighs were on FIRE! I literally screamed throughout the last set!

I was so happy to be out walking again today after 2 days of being housebound because of Irene. It was so invigorating.

Yesterday: 30 Day Shred Level 1. I hate/love that dvd. Then I did some additional strength training and 5 minutes of stretching.

So far today, I went for a brisk and hilly 30 minute walk at sunrise. It felt good but I need more!
W6D2...check, but it sorta kinda wore me down. I didn't sleep last night, today was the first day of school for the students (always tiring) so I had to get back in the groove of a 5:30 wake-up, 1st day of period (I know, TMI, sorry!)...so I was just kinda blah. But, I did do it, so yay!

Now, if I can survive my next workout (W6D3 is 25 minutes of continuous jogging...I'm skeeeeered!), then I will so totally deserve our upcoming weekend away!
ETA: oh, and I'm sore.

My gym is being extended, yay, so all the stuff is now spread out over 3 studios. For 3 months I'll be moving all over the place.

Anyway, 30 mins bike, 15 mins cardio. Numerous times up and down the stairs at work.

I have spinal shift now, boo, so I'm hoping I don't get a numb leg again.

Friday, I finished W6D3. I knew I was going away for the weekend and wouldn't get back to it until tomorrow, so I wanted to leave on a successful note....and I did...yippee!!

25 mins cross trainer - moving to beat and speed of the music.

30 mins bike - riding to beat and speed of the music.

My spine is still shifted and my right leg is slowly going numb down the sciatic nerve. And my left butt cheek feels a bit numb. It's fun. I'm making my legs work this time round to keep them from going weak and affecting my movement ad strength. Disc issues suck.

Walked on Saturday and Monday. On Sunday I went on a mega hike for 3 hours. Climbed a mountain! WOOT!

The firm super cardio mix Monday and Tuesday. Monday I worked onmy upper body Tuesday lower body.

Sprinted in 90 degree weather... Not really the best idea ever x.x and now to do all my ab exercises,.... Ugh planks LOL

Those of you following along at home know that my power is still out. So last night I went to the gym but not just for a workout. I went to the gym to take a hot shower!

I did 10 minutes on the elliptical then about 45 minutes of free weights and weight machines. Full body strength training. Finished up with a good 10 minute stretch.
