Yesterday, 3 miles on treadmill (45 min.)...2.5 running (30 min.). It was rough. I've been hoping it would get easier, but it's still hard.

oh yeah, and also 50 whichamadoodles.

Celebrated my 54th birthday by running 3 miles on the treadmill ...spent 50 minutes total on the little bugger, which included some walking. It was a little better today..switched things up a bit. After all, variety IS the spice of life. And of course, my usual 50 whichamadoodles.

For the last three weeks...I've gone to the gym and worked out 5 days a week. Major accomplishment for a person who is most happy laying on the couch reading a book!

I haven't posted for a while, but am still running 3-4 times/week. It's been mostly mediocre, but finally had a good run Sunday night after returning home from a weekend away visiting my son and DIL. Last night wasn't too bad either. So, I'm still plugging along and am enjoying reading everyone's accomplishments. Keep it up!

I missed my workout yesterday trying to get a project out the door. I'm actually pissed. It's the weirdest thing. I actually look forward to my exercise time now.

Tonight I'm trying a Zumba class at this studio that my coworker goes to. I've heard that the instructors and music as AWESOME. Hopefully the fat girl can keep up

I've been doing my very brisk walking for over a 1/2 hour at least 3-4 times a week. It makes me so proud of myself. I feel sturdy and strong. 66, brain tumor operation (and 4 subsequent operations) and striding along like any healthy 30 year old. I'm too cool!
2/c and some 3A. Modified CG.
Protein sensitive
Highly porous. Color over grey.
Best 1st day method: Super Soaker
Conditioners: Curl Junkie Beauticurls Strengthening Conditioner,
Deep condish: Curl Junkie Curl Rehab
Stylers: Experimenting with cones & sulfates while the dews are high.

50 minutes on the treadmill...35 running, 20-25 minutes on the stationary bike (didn't time this -- very slow and leisurely, just trying to keep the hip from stiffening up), 50 thingamajigs.

Fat does not make you fat. It's actually pretty important.
