Started a new bootcamp program tonight. It's 2x a week plus the 3x a week I work out with my trainer at the gym (yes I'm a glutton for punishment). The new bootcamp is all outdoors...lots of running and circuits. It totally kicked my ass.

30 mins Wii fit yesterday. Still not back at the gym though. Part of me can't be bothered but for health reasons I really need to!

I could have kept going but I didn't want to over do it so I left

I also forgot the combination to my padlock.

I did just over 5 miles yesterday in the heat and humidity, both of which usually kill me and result in a really suck-y workout, but I actually made out better than usual. I seem to be somewhat stuck at the 4-6 mile range, but I'm trying not to stress over it. It hasn't been THAT long ago that running 3 was awesome for me, so I'm just going to take it in stride (no pun intended ).

30 mins on the bike following the on screen Spinning video. Then I got that awful itchy skin thing and had to stop because it was driving me nuts.

About to do day 3 of dance off the inches. I still feel it from the past couple days. My friend did this and lost 30lbs. She didn't even finish the full 30days
