I've just tried doing some girl pushups and struggled. I struggled doing them against a wall.

I did not workout today. I do plan to get back into the gym w/ my trainer tomorrow morning bright and early at 6 am.
I am a 3c/4a with medium/fine strands

30 mins bike
30 mins treadmill (no running allowed yet)
10 mins cool down on cross trainer.

Ran 3 miles today I used map my run app and of course the gps was crap. It only logged 1.74 of my 3 miles. Regardless it took me 55 minutes. I went on the Internet and found a pace calculator and it says my pace per minute or minutes/mile was 18:20

I bought EA Sports Active 2 Personal Trainer for the Wii today. A bargain at 8.

It nearly killed me. It's great though!

I did an hour of it. Sweating like a pig at the end.

Jogged 3 miles today
Did Insanity Pure Cardio
Did Insanity cardio abs
I am so tired and have to clock in about 30 minutes. My inner thighs were irritated by the time I was done with everything. When I walk I want to say it's my pelvic bone saying I protest too much. And of course my bum knee is giving me a double middle finger

I've worked out like 2x since the half marathon.

I'm worried I won't be able to get started again with my work schedule starting next week... I've never worked 47 hours/week before. Also, it's hot now so I can't run any ole time of day. Sigh.
