Exercise accountability thread

Cool thread! I did 40 minutes of total body strength training this morning and later on today I'm going to do vigorous cardio, probably Zumba 2 for Wii. My exercise schedule is 3 days a week. I do both strength training and cardio 2 days out of the week and just cardio one day a week. I rarely ever go to the gym. I have weights, workout videos, and other fitness aids at home. The other days of the week when I don't officially exercise I just try to stay active in my everyday activities.

30mins vigourous biking followed by
25mins walking on the treadmill on an incline.

Two 30 minute sessions with Wii Active 2

I stank afterwards but it was worth it.

20 minutes cross trainer
10 minutes treadmill

And I walked around town, up hill and down dale before heading to the supermarket.

I have just felt exhausted lately...
still running 3x's/week + ab work and a little strength training. I haven't felt this good in decades...am at my high school weight, which was 37 years ago.

Biked about 7 miles with my sister. Plus walked up a steep hill. I am so tired! I am laying on the floor as I speak

Super hilly so I worked me calves a bunch!
Did 40 minutes of circuit strength training today. I feel awesome!

Had my best running day ever today...8.5 miles!!! I was like the tortoise....slow and steady! The most I'd done prior to today was 6.3, so I'm feeling pretty good about my accomplishment. Yay me!!

Went for a 30 minute power walk today. Strangely, afterward I took a 1 hour power nap.

Hi! You all have motivated me to get off my butt and get active. Im getting married in 6 months and recently started eating more responsibly, ive lost 6lbs already, only exercising sparingly. I am going back to body rocking. Bodyrock.tv is an incredible website that has TONS of free workouts that last from 12-20 mins. They are super intense, I discovered it last year while searching youtube for fitness videos. In about a month's time I lost 17lbs and got beautifully toned abs and legs. Then I went on a cruise and lost my mojo! Im getting back on it asap to get ready for my wedding...thank you ladies!

Teri Laflesh's book "Curly Like Me" sits on my desk and everytime I get frustrated and an impulse tells me to shave my head, I look at it in hopes that one day my hair will graze the top of my butt.

I ran for 2.45 miles today outside and then attended my 6 am personal training session and hit it hard. DONE and felt fantastic for the rest of the day!
I am a 3c/4a with medium/fine strands
No strict haircare regimen - trying my hand at the Curly Girl Method.
