Full body weights (complete with comments from men that it's wrong for women to do bicep curls )

25 mins on the cross trainer
Fat does not make you fat. It's actually pretty important.
2 miles 23 minutes walked 5 minutes during it. I should probably see someone about my leg. I thought my calf muscle tore during the run it was so painful. I can usually make it through the run before the pain starts but not this time.

So my best friend joined the army national guard. I worked out with him and did sit ups, pushups and a 2-mile run. I'm not pleased with my performance on 2 of the 3 tests... Much to my surprise, I excelled in the push ups, of all things.

New semester starts tomorrow!
30 mins bike. I felt funny and left. Think I've been over doing it. Day off tomorrow

Day of Tuesday, Wednesday and today. Feel better for having a few days off.

Thursday: 10 minutes elliptical on the variety/variable setting (prompts you to go backwards at certain points), 5 min cooldown.
10 minutes bike, manual-6.

Friday: day off

Saturday: OMFG sick (gallbladder)

Today: Try 15min on the elliptical. I'm shooting for 20 min a day but I can't hang right now.

Week 1 of the livefit trainer complete. Wowwww. Abs and shoulders today.
Hello ladies, I have been faithful to the exercise, just not consistent in posting. Basically I do about 30-40 minutes each morning alternating between cardio (elliptical or treadmill) and weights. Been doing this since middle of June, no days off and haven't lost a single pound but have lost inches and find my clothes fit better. Wouldn't stop for the world.
Some weights (big muscles)

About 45-50 mins cardio

I've been doing my Monte Sander Optimum Fitness Boot Camp for the past month and it has been great.

Love love love lifting!

I've always heard that there is a trade off between flexibility and muscle mass. Much to my amusement, I have noticed my pecs are less flexible now. LOL! Like when I reach behind my shoulders my chest muscles feel tight (but not sore). I think this is hilarious...
I must be the hulk cause I can't even bend over regularly without feeling tight....but I don't lift.
