2 miles 23 minutes walked 5 minutes during it. I should probably see someone about my leg. I thought my calf muscle tore during the run it was so painful. I can usually make it through the run before the pain starts but not this time.

30 mins crosstrainer, backwards and forwards.

Took longer than normal to get to the gym so had a short work out today.

Full body weights, increased the weight on some of them.

30 mins 'spinning'. I do my own spinning session to my music.

So my best friend joined the army national guard. I worked out with him and did sit ups, pushups and a 2-mile run. I'm not pleased with my performance on 2 of the 3 tests... Much to my surprise, I excelled in the push ups, of all things.

New semester starts tomorrow!

30 mins bike. I felt funny and left. Think I've been over doing it. Day off tomorrow

Thursday: 10 minutes elliptical on the variety/variable setting (prompts you to go backwards at certain points), 5 min cooldown.
10 minutes bike, manual-6.

Friday: day off

Saturday: OMFG sick (gallbladder)

Today: Try 15min on the elliptical. I'm shooting for 20 min a day but I can't hang right now.

Hello ladies, I have been faithful to the exercise, just not consistent in posting. Basically I do about 30-40 minutes each morning alternating between cardio (elliptical or treadmill) and weights. Been doing this since middle of June, no days off and haven't lost a single pound but have lost inches and find my clothes fit better. Wouldn't stop for the world.

I've been doing my Monte Sander Optimum Fitness Boot Camp for the past month and it has been great.

I've always heard that there is a trade off between flexibility and muscle mass. Much to my amusement, I have noticed my pecs are less flexible now. LOL! Like when I reach behind my shoulders my chest muscles feel tight (but not sore). I think this is hilarious...

LOL! Well, it could just be that you're not used to stretching. Muscle mass is just one factor. My arms hyper extend, but I think that's getting better too!
